3 Military Diet Day 3

I woke up not hungry at all and that surprised me because I went to bed hungry. Through this I realized I'm a late night snacker. I eat healthy things like nut, cheese etc. but too late I think. No headache. I ate the cheese and crackers around 10 and saved the apple for lunch.




I saved my apple from lunch and ate a hard boiled egg. I saved the toast for dinner because that's when I'm the hungriest. I'm still not overly hungry.


I ate the tuna and toast for dinner and saved the ice cream for later. Its 11:00 pm and I'm starving! I'm a night owl and used to snacking late. That might be part of my problem with losing extra pounds. I never realized it until now.


Tomorrow is my 4 day weigh in and back to normal eating. I hope I lost enough to make this worth it! It wasn't too hard but just hard enough. I will post results tomorrow after my weigh in.

3 Day Military Diet Day Two

Again I ate a bit later since I'm not a breakfast eater and this was plenty of food. I did wake up with a headache.





I split up the egg and crackers and cottage cheese about an hour apart because I was busy dong yard work. I'm more hungry today.

Tonight I'm hungry and missing normal food. I looked ahead to tomorrows meals and I'm not looking forward to it. Looks like so much less food than these two days. I will stick with it though! One more day! Thank god! I need some real food and a glass of wine.

3 Day Military Diet Day One


I have a trip coming up soon and I'm finding it hard to lose that last extra few pounds so I decided to give this a try. It has great review as far as success. I will keep you posted here on how it works for me.

Breakfast was easy but I'm not a big breakfast person so this was plenty. I had green tea instead of coffee


I had the tuna on my toast and green tea again. I missed my normal lunch but this was not bad. This also left me full. I did have a little bit of a headache and have heard others  who have done this diet complain of the same.
This was very satisfying. I was full and I usually never eat desert so the ice cream was a treat. Again I had a bit of a headache. For drinks the rest of the day I did water with crystal light or plain water. I also ran two miles, walked my dogs, and lifted light weights.
